Returns and exchanges


Nail Creation wants to give you the best online shopping experience we can offer! If you want to make a return, please follow the following 4 steps:

1 – Contact Nail Création customer service by email at or by phone at 1-450-922-9088.

2 – Return by mail the intact products in their original packaging.

Be sure to include:

  • A copy of your invoice;
  • The product (s) you wish to return or exchange.

Please contact our customer service before proceeding with the return of the product(s).

3 – Make sure to include your name, order number and address on the package so that we can return your new products.

4 – Print your return label. It can be obtained online right here or at the post office nearest you. The return reference number will be provided to you by email or telephone depending on the means of communication used to contact us first.


Please note that before making a refund or exchange, Customer Service needs to ensure that the stated conditions are met:

  • Only one return shipment is allowed per order. Please check your entire order before sending us a return.
  • If a product is damaged before or during the delivery of your order, you have a period of seven (7) days after reception of the order to report it to customer service and then proceed to an exchange or a refund.
  • If you notice that a product is missing from your order, you have a period of seven (7) days after reception of the order to report it to customer service.
  • If the product is undamaged and is in its original unopened packaging, then you have thirty (30) days after receiving the package to contact customer service to arrange an exchange or refund.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns of products if thirty (30) days or more have passed since the reception of your package.
  • For complete cancellation of an order, all promotional products (including free samples and gifts with purchases) must be returned to us.
  • Products purchased online in our Nail Création store are not accepted for exchanges or returns with retailers (pharmacies).
  • If you purchased your product in-store, please return it to the store of your purchase for prompt service.

The products on sale are discontinued products or end of product lines. It is therefore possible that some packaging displays old labels or that their packaging is slightly damaged. Since this is a final sale, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these products. If you notice at the reception that the product is damaged, contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery to plan a purchase credit in the shop.


Upon reception of the package, we ask that you kindly inspect your order for any damage that may have occurred during the delivery process. Note that it is normal that the package shows some wear caused during transport. However, if the product or products have been damaged during shipping, we will proceed to the exchange of these to the extent that the return policy described above have been respected. For a quick resolution, please keep the shipping package, packing material and damaged goods for inspection by the carrier.
