Allow between 1 hour and 2 hours for a first time user.

We suggest that you start with the hand you are less skilled with EX: If you are right-handed, start by doing the pose on your right hand using your left hand. Not having a prosthesis on your nails will be a great help in performing your pose on the other hand afterwards.

No, this is not recommended, as these pieces are not necessarily the right size for your nails.

  • As soon as the prosthesis is installed AND before applying the first layer of resin.
  • After applying the brush glue.
  • Or before applying the base and crystal finish.
  • Never put acetone in the microwave as it may explode if exposed to too much heat.
  • The time for the prosthesis to melt is between 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the thickness of your prostheses)
  • It is important to change the acetone in the melt-all jar every 4 uses, because the product there loses its effectiveness after being use 4 times and it would take much longer to melt your nails than normally.
  • We recommend you to melt your prostheses at least 24 hours before making a new pose for a more time effectiveness.
  • The liquid to be poured into the melt-all jar should be 100% pure acetone.
  • For faster results, you can put your melt-all jar in hot water before you start. This will speed up the melting time of the prostheses.
  • You must always wipe the Cristale finish brush on a clean paper towel between each application for each nail: (soak, apply, wipe, soak),
  • At the end of your application, always wipe off the bottleneck of the resin, glue and crystal finish with a paper towel lightly dampened with acetone so that the stopper does not stick to the bottle. Then add a little oil to the bottleneck and close the bottle. This little trick will allow you to keep your bottles of products for longer.
  • Never soak any brush-on glue and resin in hot water to open it.
  • Avoid soaking the brush-on glue or resin brush in acetone, this will break your brush.
  • At the end of your application, always wipe off the bottleneck of the resin, brush-on glue and crystal finish with a paper towel lightly dampened with acetone so that the stopper does not stick to the bottle. You can even add a little oil to the fillets of the neck before closing the bottle. These little tips will allow you to keep your bottles of products for longer.
  • There is no danger in wearing false nails or any restrictions. False nails do not break the natural nail in any way, the only thing that can change this statement is the technique used to apply them. Normally applied, you can keep your prostheses for a period of 3 weeks without worrying.
  • It is a myth to think that the natural nail breathes. Since it is made of the same components as hair (keratin), it cannot breathe. However, the matrix or base of the nail does sweat.

There is no minimum age requirement, but we will suggest parents after the age of 16.

For pregnant women, there is no health problem if you wish to apply false nails and performing any application (including resin and powder application).

Our products are all tested and approved by Health Canada.

  • Always dust off the powder before applying the glue.
  • The pink powder is used to make the color of the plate appear more rosy.
  • Never touch the cuticles when applying glue or resin.
  • Never catalyze between the layers (glue and resin). This will harden the brush.
  • It is absolutely necessary to use the catalyst to harden the resin. (This step is VERY IMPORTANT).
  • Do not clean the brush (resin and glue) in acetone.
  • It is important to clean the necks of your bottles well with acetone and a paper towel, this will prevent the caps from sticking.
  • Always wipe off the Crystal Finish brush before returning it to the bottle.
  • Never add product to a diseased or infected nail.
  • Before you begin, make sure you have a brush pot and some acetone handy. If your prostheses were not properly installed, you could immediately remedy the situation.
